Also, decide whether you want the patch, the gum or the lozenge as you cannot use them all at the same time. There are advantages and disadvantages to every method. For example, some people with sensitive skin may experience irritation with the patch. The gum and lozenges often have an unpleasant taste, regardless of the flavor. Pros and cons must be weighed before making a decision.
